Fluffy

Fluffy – Graphite on Bristol Board Paper

My cat Fluffy in the ‘Her Majesty’ pose.

Cleo and Jay

Cleo and Jay – Oil on Canvas Board

This painting almost never happened.  It was painted as a gift for a special landmark birthday.  Unfortunately Cleo, on the left, passed away a few days after the photographs for this picture were taken.  RIP old girl.

Orchids

Orchids – Oil on Board

A study of the orchids growing in my dining room.

Nic the Chick

Nic the Chick – Graphite on Bristol Board Paper

This little lady is one of the chickens that wander around the ground of the Five Bells at Stanbridge.  Definitely ‘Free Range’

Swan

Swan – Oil on Board

Another one of my husband’s photos was the inspiration for this piece.

Robin

Robin– Oil on Board

Taken from a photo my husband took a Rushmere Country Park.  This painting has found a home with a family for whom Robins have a significant meaning.

Patch and Foxgloves

Patch and Foxgloves – Graphite on white Cartridge Paper

This is a very personal picture which hangs on my own living room wall.  Patch was our last cat who is no longer with us.  The background is made up of foxglove flowers which grow in my garden and of course my favourite thing in the world ‘Bumble Bees’

Red Rose

Red Rose – Oil on Box Canvas

The biggest picture in oil I have done to date.  It measures 1-metre square and was a single rose from a bouquet of red roses my client had for her special birthday from her husband.
